Need-based Financial Aid (Optional)
Due to our limited resources, DaVinci Camp Summer Institute only offers partial need-based financial aid to qualified students. To be considered for need-based funding, families must complete the full Application Process before requesting a financial aid application. The financial aid application must be submitted each year along with both parent’s most recent Federal Tax Return and all schedules. An award in a previous year does not guarantee an award for subsequent years. A complete Financial Aid Application and all supporting required documents must be submitted by June 7.
We will not consider applications for need-based financial aid after this deadline.
For additional information regarding need-based financial aid or to request an application, contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that International students do not qualify for financial aid.
If a registered student is unable to attend the program, a parent or legal guardian must withdraw the student in writing and may request a tuition refund. Tuition, minus a $100 administrative fee, is refundable prior to the refund deadline (including tuition deposit). However, all refund requests after this date will be subject to the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Refund Schedule included in the student’s acceptance package.
Please note that students who violate the Student Code of Conduct will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
