TUITION & PAYMENT
Tuition for DaVinci Camp Summer Institute includes instruction, course materials, field trip fees and snacks. It does not include transportation to or from camp, lunch nor personal or incidental expenses. The tuition per session is $2,500 with a 20% discount per additional sibling. A $500 deposit is due with the application and the remaining balance for sessions I and II is due no later than Friday, May 19 and for sessions III and IV no later than Friday, June 23. A $500 tuition deposit is due with the application and can be paid via credit card, money order or check. The remaining balance is due no later than the tuition deadline for the respective session.
Due to our limited resources, DaVinci Camp Summer Institute only offers partial need-based financial aid to qualified students.
To be considered for need-based funding, families must submit a financial aid application each year along with both parent’s most recent Federal Tax Return and all schedules. An award in a previous year does not guarantee an award for subsequent years. A complete Financial Aid Application and all supporting required documents must be submitted by Friday, May 5.
We will not consider applications for need-based financial aid after this deadline.

If a registered student is unable to attend the program, a parent or legal guardian must withdraw the student in writing and may request a tuition refund. Tuition, minus a $100 administrative fee, is refundable prior to the refund deadline. However, all refund requests after this date will be subject to the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Refund Schedule included in the student’s acceptance package.
Please note that students who violate the Student Code of Conduct will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
