Tuition

DUE UPON ACCEPTANCE

Tuition for DaVinci Camp Summer Institute is $4,400 for sessions I, II, III, or IV, all with a $500 discount per additional sibling (International students: $8,000 for sessions I, II, III, or IV – sibling discount does not apply).

Tuition for Modus Bestia I or II is $6,800 and the tuition for the Isaac & Gottfried (Calculus) course is $7,000, all with a $500 discount per additional sibling (International students: $12,000 – sibling discount does not apply).

Tuition for VITRUVIAN is $8600 or $8800 for the Infinite Powers + Isaac & Gottfried course series, all with a $500 discount per additional sibling (International students: $15,000 – sibling discount does not apply).

Tuition Deposit

DUE WITH APPLICATION

$500 ($1,000 for international students) tuition deposit is due with the application and can be paid via credit card, money order or check.

Need-based Financial Aid

FINANCIAL AID DEADLINE: MAY 5

Due to limited resources, DaVinci Camp Summer Institute only offers partial need-based financial aid to qualified students. To be considered for need-based funding, families must complete the full Application Process before requesting a financial aid application. The financial aid application must be submitted each year along with both parents' most recent Federal Tax Return and all schedules. An award in a previous year does not guarantee an award for subsequent years. A complete Financial Aid Application and all supporting required documents must be submitted by May 5.

We will not consider applications for need-based financial aid after this deadline.

Please note that International students do not qualify for financial aid.

Refund Policy

FINAL DATE FOR REFUND:

DaVinci Camp Summer Institute requires a deposit of $500 per session. Deposits, less an administrative fee of $100, are refundable until May 12, 2024. After May 12, deposits become non-refundable.

If a registered student is unable to attend the program, a parent or legal guardian must withdraw the student in writing and may request a tuition refund. Tuition, minus a $100 administrative fee, is refundable until May 12, 2024. All refund requests after this date will be subject to the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Refund Schedule included in the student’s acceptance package.

No refund is provided if the cancellation request is received anytime after May 19, 2024, or of course after camp has begun.

Please note that students who violate the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Student Code of Conduct will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
