Application Instructions

DaVinci Camp Summer Institute 2024 will be held in person*

*The use of masks will be at the discretion of DaVinci Camp staff.

We reserve the right to transition to a virtual program should any health risks prevent in-person instruction.

Application components include the General Application, a non-refundable application fee of $75 ($125 for international students), Student Supplemental Questionnaire, and tuition deposit. The full tuition fee and course registration materials will be due upon application acceptance.

The Application Checklist (or the International Student Application Checklist) is included for your convenience.

Tuition Deposit

DUE WITH APPLICATION

Submit $500 tuition deposit with the application ($1000 for international students). Remaining tuition balance is due upon acceptance.

Complete the Student Supplemental Questionnaire, read the instructions and submit your responses to VideoEssay@davinci-camp.com

SUBMIT BY THE FIRST DAY OF THE PROGRAM

Waivers and Release Forms with instructions will be emailed to you once your complete application has been received. Your child's enrollment is not complete until all required documents and payments are submitted.

Need-based
Financial Aid

SUBMIT BY MAY 5

OPTIONAL: In order to be considered for need-based financial aid, complete ALL the steps listed above, then request a financial aid application by sending an email to faa@davinci-camp.com. Submit the completed Financial Aid Application and all required documents (tax returns, W-2’s, schedules, etc.) to faa@davinci-camp.com by May 5. Financial aid applications will not be considered after this deadline.
