APPLICATION PROCESS


To apply, submit the General Application, Student Supplemental Questionnaire and tuition deposit by Monday, May 1. Rolling admissions will continue on a space available basis until the program is full.  Feel free to download the Application Checklist and print it for your convenience.

1. Please complete and submit the online application on this link (or press the apply now button above): DaVinci Camp Summer Institute – General Application

2. Download and complete the PDF: Student Supplemental Questionnaire and follow the instructions to submit your responses to VideoEssay@davinci-camp.com (NOTE: The video response is only required for new students, the essay is required for both new and returning students).

3. Submit $500 tuition deposit with application. It can be paid by credit card by calling (415)275-0246 or by check or money order payable to “DVC Academic Consulting“. Please write student’s first and last name on the memo line and mail check/money order to:

4. OPTIONAL: To request a need-based financial aid application email faa@davinci-camp.com. Submit the completed Financial Aid Application and all required documents (tax returns, W-2’s, schedules, etc.) to faa@davinci-camp.com by Saturday, May 5.  Financial aid applications will not be considered after this deadline.

Waivers and Release Forms with instructions will be emailed to you once your complete application has been received. Remember that your application is not complete until all required documents are submitted.
